This design is inspired by a Swedish book called "The Wonderful Adventures of Nils" written in 1906 by Selma Lagerlöf.
The story tells the tale of a mischievous boy called Nils who is shrunk to a miniature size by a Tomte. He jumps onto the back of a farm goose who then flies away with a group of migratory geese. His journey takes him across Sweden where he sees wonderful landscapes, plants and animals.
During his trip Nils learns that if he proves he has changed for the better, the tomte might be disposed to change him back to his normal size.

This lovely design shows the goose within the magical landscapes of the Swedish countryside.
