All goods supplied by The Swedish fabric Company are supplied on the condition that our liability for any fault or defect in the quality, condition, description and usage does not exceed the purchase price.

We will make every effort to ensure the products we supply through our website correspond as closely as possible to those shown on the website but cannot guarantee they will be exactly the same. We cannot accept any responsibility for any variations in fabrics or products. Colours may vary from those depicted depending on the settings of your monitor, software or printer. All measurements are approximate. The technical specification of products may change due to availability of raw materials and we reserve the right to make such changes as and when necessary. Our fabrics are made from natural products and many are hand printed. The cloth may thus have natural characteristics such as slubs and other irregularities in the yarns, which are not weaving faults. The print may have slight imperfections due to the nature of printing. All our products are designed for domestic use only. If you wish to use our products for commercial use please contact one of our members of staff 01235 820528.

We reserve the right to withdraw items from our range at any time without prior notification.

Colour or finish matching: for exact colour or finish matching request a stock cutting as colours and finishes can vary from batch to batch.

Fitness for purpose: the buyer must satisfy themselves that any product supplied by The Swedish Fabric Company is fit for the purpose for which it is purchased prior to ordering.

Claims for labour charges will not be accepted under any circumstances.

We strongly recommend that you request a swatch to be sent to you to check the colour, design, scale of pattern and suitability, before ordering your fabric. You can order up to 6 samples with no delivery charge. Alternatively, call us on 01235 820528 and speak to one of our experienced staff who will be happy to help you.
