We have remnants for different reasons. Sometimes it's the end of the roll. Sometimes we find a fault in a roll of fabric and cut it out which in turn leaves a piece of perfectly good fabric. Sometimes the item is discontinued.
All of our remnants are perfect and are not seconds.
